Weekend Brunch at The Lift in Boise
Brunch at The Lift runs every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 1pm. It is a relaxed, no-reservations kind of brunch: come in with friends, family or the whole team from Saturday's game, grab a table inside or out on the patio, and order plates big enough to carry you through the afternoon. After 1pm the kitchen switches back to the main menu, so late risers still have plenty to choose from.
What to Order
Lifted Classics
If you only try one thing, make it the chicken fried steak: chicken-fried sirloin smothered in sausage gravy with eggs your way, toast and your choice of hashbrowns, au gratin potatoes or fresh fruit. Biscuits and gravy, the Lifted Classic (two eggs with ham, bacon or sausage) and the Big Hitter with French toast are the other crowd-pleasers. The Stack O' Cakes, two plate-sized pancakes, is an easy win for kids and anyone with a sweet tooth.
Sunrise Specials
This is where the kitchen has a little fun. The Lifted Benny swaps ham for our homemade spinach artichoke dip under a poached egg and hollandaise. The Meat Lovers Skillet piles bacon, ham, sausage, peppers, onions and cheddar jack over hashbrowns. Loaded Fries with chipotle mayo, bacon and an over-easy egg are made for sharing, and the huevos rancheros and avocado toast give you lighter options.
Build your own omelette
Start with eggs and add what you like: ham, bacon or sausage; Swiss, cheddar or pepper jack; and onion, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, tomato, avocado or jalapeño. Omelettes come with hashbrowns, au gratin or fruit.
Handy bites
For something you can pick up, try the Breakfast Sandwich on thick sourdough, the All Rolled Up burrito with tater tots inside, the Breakfast Quesadilla or the Brunch Burger topped with ham and a fried egg.
Brunch Drinks: $4 Mimosas and Bloody Marys

- Arrive before 11am on busy weekends, especially during football season.
- Groups of eight or more may have a 20% gratuity added; calling ahead at (208) 342-3250 helps us get a table ready.
- Bringing your dog? Brunch is a great time for the patio, and our pup menu includes scrambled eggs and bacon strips for dogs.
- A la carte sides such as bacon, hashbrowns, a single pancake or two eggs are available if you want to build your own plate.
