Takeout From The Lift: How It Works
Not every night is a night out. When you would rather eat at home, The Lift's kitchen will pack up your favorites to go. Ordering is simple and there is no app to download: call us at (208) 342-3250, tell us what you would like, and we will give you a pickup time. Pull up at 4091 W State St, Boise, and your food will be ready.
What You Can Order To Go
The list above shows the dishes that travel best, but you are welcome to ask for anything on our main menu. Popular takeout orders include:
- Wings, bone-in or boneless, in Buffalo, BBQ, sweet and spicy, teriyaki or Parmesan garlic dry rub, with celery and carrots.
- Burgers such as The Lift Burger, the Western and the Spicy Guac, served with fries or tots.
- Sandwiches like the French Dip with au jus, the Lift Club and the Cuban.
- Salads, including the Cobb and the Chicken Taco Salad, with dressing packed on the side.
- Shareables for a game at home: nachos, chicken strips, fish tacos and Idaho Tatchos.

Beer and Wine To Go
You can add bottled beer and wine to your order. We carry domestic and import bottles and seltzers, with six-packs and twelve-packs available, plus bottles from our wine list such as Sawtooth Red Blend, La Crema Chardonnay, Line 39 Pinot Noir and New Age White. Please bring a valid ID; we check it at pickup for every alcohol order.
Tips for Better Takeout
- Order fried items (fries, tots, onion rings) last in a big order so they are fresh when you arrive.
- Ask for sauces on the side if you have a longer drive home.
- Planning a game-day spread? Call ahead early on Broncos Saturdays; the kitchen gets busy before kickoff.
- Tuesday tacos and Wednesday wings follow the daily specials, so ask about specials pricing when you call.
Feeding a Crowd at Home
Hosting a game night or a family dinner? A simple rule of thumb for four people: two dozen wings in two flavors, one full order of nachos, and two or three burgers or sandwiches cut in half. Add a six-pack or a bottle of wine and you are set. Call ahead with larger orders so the kitchen can time everything together.
