Boise State University plays Oklahoma St. Come on down and bring your friends for cold beer and great food to cheer on your local team!
When Boise State took on Oklahoma State on September 15, 2018, The Lift Bar + Grill hosted a watch party for the 1:30pm kickoff. It was the kind of non-conference matchup Boise loves: a road game against a Big 12 program, with the whole valley watching. That afternoon is a good example of what game day looks like at The Lift, and why fans keep coming back every season.
Game day at The Lift starts well before kickoff. Fans grab tables near the big TVs, pitchers hit the tables, and the kitchen sends out wings, nachos and burgers as fast as they can be made. Every first down gets a cheer and every touchdown gets a roar. Whether the Broncos are home on the blue turf or on the road, the room feels like part of the crowd.
We show Boise State football games throughout the season, along with other college and pro games. For this season's game-day food and drink deals, see our football specials, and check the Broncos' official schedule for kickoff times. A few tips:
Another fan favorite was our Boise State vs Wyoming watch party, a Mountain West rivalry night. See everything else happening at The Lift, including free trivia on Thursdays and music bingo on Wednesdays, on our events page.
For a big game, regulars order food for the table: wings in two or three flavors, a full order of nachos, Idaho Tatchos and a few burgers cut in half. It keeps everyone fed without taking eyes off the screen.
